Anything from 70 - 140. though at 110+ I basically use the Dubstep drum pattern.

If I'm doing an old school 9th Wonder/J. Dilla type: 87bpm
If I'm doing a dirty south Mannie Fresh/Drumma Boy type: 76bpm
Everything else fluctuates between 90-150bpm
